ushed photos and fake nationalities from the agency escorts? Do they market thier escorts as exotic, beautiful and charming then when they arrive they offer a cold, mechanical type of service and cannot speak any English? Then you will want to book a date with a true British independent escort.

Booking a private escort has become much more popular than hiring agency escorts. In addition you can save yourself a fortune. The average agency escort charges £250 sixty minutes. Where the average independent escort is about the £120 – £150 price range. You will also see that independent escorts are additional willing and friendly as opposed to agency escorts. They make use of repeat business as they don’t have the advertising budget such as agency escorts.

There are lots of British independents escorts to select from but one special escort shines and has now received many favourable feedback and reviews on lots of escort review sites. You can read reviews on her website. The lady in question is a welsh independent escort named Carys Holly Jones.

She she definately is a true welsh top quality escort who tours to several cities of the U.K as well as some European towns and cities. Carys Holly Jones is a true escort who enjoys spending her time making her clients feel special and pampered. You will find she provides a warm and friendly girlfriend companionship that’s devoid of the cold, mechanical service of some escorts. Carys Holly Jones is of welsh nationality, originating from a friendly welsh community and this also reflects in her own fabulous personality. This independent welsh high class escort tours various areas across the U.k including London, York, Newbury, Birmingham along with other cities and towns. Carys Holly Jones charges some affordable fees as compared to escort agency prices. The reason that agency escort pricing is so high is they take commission directly through the escort’s fee. Some agencies take between30 and 50 percentage of the escorts hourly rate. Independent escorts keep every penny fee hence an indie prices are less costly.

Carys Holly Jones used to be employed by various escort agencies however decided to go independent and manage her clients directly. When you book an agency escort, in the majority of cases you don’t actually speak instantly to your chosen lady escort and may even be persuaded book another escort entirely different if you’re chosen escort just isn’t free.

Carys holly jones is an independent escort for several years now and prefers working in this way. However as a a favorite escort she gets booked up quickly and simply has limited availability on her touring dates. Touring escorts have become becoming more and more popular. Many escort girls tour various regions as well as other countries outside of the Britis isles. You will find many escorts have become “touring”. However many escorts are incredibly much disorganised and regularly cancel tours or don’t bother showing up.

The United Nations Security Council has unanimously approved Resolution 1701 calling for a “full cessation of hostilities” in the Israeli-Lebanon war and for international and Lebanese troops to replace Israeli troops in south Lebanon.

The UN decree comes on the heels of an Israeli government decision to expand its offensive in Lebanon. Sources say that Israeli prime minister Ehud Olmert will bring the UN resolution to cabinet for discussion on Sunday. Daniel Ayalon, Israel’s ambassador to the United States, said that his government was likely to agree to the resolution.

“I do not want to preempt the Cabinet decision, but the language as I see it now — and I’m being careful — if the language of the resolution doesn’t change, I view this resolution very positively and, of course, the crux is implementation,” Ayalon said. “If this resolution will be enforced, then we solve the problem of Lebanon,” said the Israeli envoy.

Hezbollah officials have not responded to the UN action. The Lebanese cabinet meets Saturday to discuss the resolution.

Lebanese leaders have cautiously welcomed the resolution which had been delayed for almost a week due to negotiations over its wording. U.N. Ambassador Nouhad Mahmoud of Lebanon said; “The Lebanese are not comfortable with the Israeli distinctions of what is defensive and what is offensive.”

The resolution calls for Hezbollah to end its attacks on Israel and for Israel to end “offensive military operations” in Lebanon. It also raises the strength of the UN peacekeepers in Lebanon, the United Nations Interim Force (Unifil), from 2,000 to a maximum of 15,000, and gives it an expanded mandate to enforce the ceasefire. A portion of the UN language expanding that force’s Chapter 6 mandate reads: “Acting in support of a request from the government of Lebanon to deploy an international force to assist it to exercise its authority throughout the territory, authorizes Unifil to take all necessary action in areas of deployment of its forces and as it deems within its capabilities, to ensure that its area of operations is not utilized for hostile activities of any kind… “

The U.S. Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, responding on Friday during an interview with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer to the difference between a UN Chapter 7 mandate, and the current mandate for Unifil in Lebanon said:

So this force has a big mandate, it has a robust mandate, it has a mandate that will allow it to defend itself and to defend that mandate. But it’s never been the expectation that this force is going to disarm Hezbollah. That will have to be done by the Lebanese……Chapter 7 is very often used when a government is not prepared to accept a force. Lebanon is prepared to accept this force, but this is an absolutely robust mandate. This, by the way, is what helped the Israeli government. They were concerned earlier about the mandate. After we talked about this enhanced mandate in the revised resolution, I think the government of Israel saw that it met their needs.

Israel is to withdraw its troops from southern Lebanon as UN and Lebanese troops are deployed. The resolution outlines plans for the disarmament of Hezbollah and for a settlement of the Israeli-Lebanese border.

The UN also called for the unconditional release by Hezbollah of two Israeli soldiers it captured on July 12th, precipitating the conflict.

123 Israelis, including 40 civilians, and 861 Lebanese, mostly civilians, have been killed in the 31-day old war.

Today, the nominees for the 78th Academy Awards were announced in Los Angeles, California.

Best Picture nominees this year are Brokeback Mountain, Capote, Crash, Good Night, and Good Luck., and Munich. The director of each of these films received director nominations. Nominees include George Clooney (Good Night, and Good Luck.), Paul Haggis (Crash), Ang Lee (Brokeback Mountain), Bennett Miller (Capote), and Steven Spielberg (Munich). This is the first time since 1981 that every Best Picture nominee also received a nod for Direction.

Brokeback Mountain leads this year’s Oscar pack overall, with eight nominations. Brokeback is followed by Crash, Good Night, and Good Luck., and Memoirs of a Geisha, who each earned six. Capote, Munich, and Walk the Line each received five nominations. King Kong, Pride and Prejudice, and The Constant Gardener picked up four nominations, while Cinderella Man, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, and War of the Worlds pick up three. A History of Violence, Hustle & Flow, Mrs. Henderson Presents, North Country, Syriana, and Transamerica each received two nods each.

Best Animated Feature Film nominees are Howl’s Moving Castle, Tim Burton’s Corpse Bride, and Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit. None of these films used primarily CGI-animation, the first year this can be claimed, since the 2001 creation of the award category. Corspe Bride marks both Tim Burton and Mike Johnson’s first nominations. Wallace & Gromit’s Steve Box is celebrating his first nomination, while co-producer Nick Park has three Oscars for Best Animation Short, a fourth nomination, of which he lost to himself in 1990. Hayao Miyazaki won the Best Animated Feature award in 2002, for Spirited Away.

The top 19 films in box office received a total of only 14 nominations, with a majority of these in the categories of Visual Effects, Sound Mixing and Sound Editing.

Perhaps one of the most interesting stories for Hollywood as a whole, is the tremendous success of Participant Productions in its first year of operation. eBay founder Jeff Skoll‘s movie house produced nominees Good Night and Good Luck. US Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has said that the Senate Finance Committee will vote on a sweeping health care reform bill next Tuesday. US President Barack Obama has made clear that extending health insurance coverage to as many Americans as possible is his top domestic priority.

Republican lawmakers, however, are still overwhelmingly opposed to the bill, saying it is too expensive and would expand the role of government in people’s health care.

Obama and his fellow Democrats in the Senate received some good news late Wednesday from the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office, which put the total cost of the Senate Finance Committee’s health care bill at $829 billion over the next decade, below Obama’s stated goal of $900 billion. The budget watchdog organization also said the health care bill would help reduce the federal budget deficit over the next ten years.

Harry Reid said he believed health care reform was moving forward. “And so today we stand closer than ever to fulfilling that fundamental promise, one for which we have fought for more than 60 years,” he said.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, however said that the cost estimate was “irrelevant”, because the final bill that will actually emerge from both houses of Congress is likely to look very different and cost a lot more. “What matters is that the final bill will cost about a trillion dollars, vastly expand the role of government in people’s health care decisions, increase premiums and limit choice,” McConnell said.

McConnell said Republicans favor a step by step approach to health care reform, focusing on prevention and wellness programs and dealing with the high costs of malpractice insurance doctors have to pay due to fears of excessive lawsuits.

Under the Finance Committee’s bill, US residents would be required to get health insurance or face a penalty, and insurance companies would face tough new regulations. For example, insurance companies could no longer reject coverage for people due to pre-existing conditions.

The Senate Finance Committee is likely to pass the bill, which will then have to be merged with one passed by the Senate health committee before it goes to the full Senate floor for debate.

Six aid groups have suspended work in Chad today after the killing of one aid worker, a rash of banditry, and a kidnapping, according to the United Nations. The UN says about 37,000 people will be affected in some way by the move.

UN spokeswoman Elisabeth Byrs noted that the Red Cross and Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) are among those to halt operations. “To date, five NGOs [non-governmental organisations] and the ICRC [International Committee of the Red Cross] have temporarily suspended their activities in the east,” Byrs said. “Serious acts of banditry in eastern Chad over the last two weeks jeopardise the continuity of humanitarian operations.”

This comes soon after a worker for the Red Cross, Laurent Maurice, was kidnapped earlier in the week and another local aid worker for the Solidarités agency was killed.

Over fifty attacks on humanitarian aid workers in Chad have been made this year by bandits. Relief workers are targeted by criminals because they have valuables and vehicles.

Rob Paulos, the author of the Fat Burning Furnace Program, spends the last third of his manual on exercise discussing the role of food and diet in his exercise program. Rob does not offer a diet as such, no long lists of foods to eat each day or anything like that. However the obvious point is made that if we are exercising to reduce our fat levels there is little point in not paying attention to our eating habits. Our daily intake of food needs to support the exercise program we are now undertaking. There is a long list of foods that assist in burning fat and these foods need to be built into our daily intake of food. But fat burning foods are not the end of the story and beyond the scope of fat burning foods there are other significant issues that Rob addresses. Lets look at some of these suggestions.

Avoid popular fads and crash diets. These diets often cause weight loss, not just from fat stores, but from muscle as well. This crushes your RMR and makes it super easy to gain fat back once the person goes off of the dietwhich will happen eventually.

The RMR that Rob refers to is the Resting Metabolic Rate. If you dont raise this rate you dont make full use of any weight-loss potential.

Get a handle on your RMR.

Rob includes a Fat Burning Furnace Metabolic Rate Calculator which makes it easy for you to calculate a simple overall calorie deficit you will need to realise the full potential of the Fat Burning Furnace Program. Our need for fat burning foods are not as important as following the program so that we know how to raise our Resting Metabolic Rate.

Focus on micronutrients.

All food has calories. Some foods contain micronutrients, many others dont. Micronutrients satisfy our hunger urges.

The big secret Ive found is that when you switch your focus from starting with carbs, protein, and fat ratios to first looking at and picking foods that are loaded to the hilt with nutrients, youll find eating less will be easy almost automatic. The truth about carbohydrates.

While some carbs should be avoided the truth is we have a fat burning furnace to fuel and the right carbs are the primary energy source for this furnace. When choosing carb sources, choose from the unrefined whole grain/whole wheat complex carbs, as the refined varieties have been stripped of many vitamins, minerals, and a great deal of important dietary fibre.

Watch out for simple sugars.

Why? To quote Rob,

Simple sugars contain empty calories. Empty calories means that your body is getting almost no nutritional value from these, but youre consuming calories. As your body craves nutrients, youll then eat more food on top of the empty calories, bringing your daily caloric intake to a level far from ideal for fat loss or a lean and healthy body! … Sugars actually steal nutrients from our bodies to get metabolized, so you are actually losing many nutrients when you eat this stuff. Forget about supporting lean muscle growth or fat loss if you have a diet too heavy in simple sugars.

Along with many others Rob then goes on to warn about the dangers of fructose or corn syrup, a cheap sugar found in most commercially prepared foods. Look at your food labels.

What about protein.

Two to two and half ounces (60 to 75 grams) per day of protein is necessary for the building and maintenance of our body tissues and cells and under Robs program helps build new muscle being stimulated in the fat burning workouts. Excess protein carries some risk and these are identified. Many of us eat too much protein and elevated levels have not proved to be of any advantage in the fat burning program. Vegetable proteins need to be part of the overall diet and the body is capable of building the required amino acids from a varied diet of vegetables so vegetarians are not excluded from the Fat Burning Furnace Program.

And last but not least Fats. The key to eating fats is to focus on nutrient rich foods where the fat content is naturally occurring. In other words, stay away from foods that are over processedthey contain too many unhealthy fats.

I have only touched on a few of the issues covered by Rob Paulos in his diet section of the ebook of the Fat Burning Furnace Program. Rob has not been particularly focused on fat burning foods but he is well aware of the vital role that our eating habits can play in a successful participation in his fat burning program. There are many lists of fat burning foods that will fit nicely into Robs dietary suggestions and our bodies needs for nutrients. To learn more of this fat burning program and lists of fat burning foods visit my website below.

Buffalo, New York —According to police in Buffalo, New York, no one was injured after a semi-trailer truck carrying paper from Ontario, Canada hit a railroad viaduct, tearing the truck in half.

At approximately 11:00 p.m. EDT (UTC-4) on April 21, an unidentified man driving the truck westbound on Walden Avenue between Wasmuth and Roetzer streets hit the viaduct which tore his truck in half sending debris and cargo over most of the road.

Police describe the truck’s cabin as a “can of sardines.”

“He made it all the way through, but his truck looks like a can of sardines,” said officers on police radio communications who were on scene.

The driver was given a traffic citation and admits he did not notice signs posted along Walden which state the bridge’s clearance.

The street and the viaduct remained closed into the early morning hours of Tuesday April 22. According to Don Poleto of the city’s Public Works office, the bridge was not damaged.
